Bill Maher recently went on his HBO show, Real Time, to repeat an old tired argument about Christmas’ date of Dec. 25th being stollen from previous religious figures. This argument, which has no basis in anything historical and continues to exist solely by repitition (mainly on the internet) has been addressed AD NAUSEAM. Nonetheless, despite dozens of qualified individuals pointing these things out I will add to the overwhelming noise just for the sake of clarity. If people insist on repeating nonsense I will do my best to continue to correct it. Play stupid games — win stupid prizes.
